Members-only Section

Feature Description
Sign Up Sheets Sign up on-line for events. The League/Group administrator enters the competition name, date, and maximum number of players. There are up to 5 customizable event categories.

Some category examples are:
  • Weekly Games
  • Interclub competitions
  • Social events / Clinics
Links
In the secure member’s area tabs and/or links can contain more League/Group specific information such as:
Weekly Draw –shows draw for upcoming coming competition.  Draw ‘evaporates’ at midnight following the competition
Gallery – pictures from club events.  Picture groups are titled and archived chronologically
Game Results – winners are posted each week and annual results can be viewed
Fixture Sheet – lists your Leagues/Groups games, competitions and events for the year
Meeting Minutes – increase transparency by providing all members can have access to the minutes from all executive and general meetings.  Minutes will be organized into annual archives for future reference
Governance Bank –Membership Policy, Constitutions Cancellation Policies, etc.  and other governance documents for member reference all in one location
 
Personal Information Groups/Leagues can decide the amount of information they would like members to enter for contact and business networking
Member Contact Sheet This secure area displays contact information of the members.
Change Password Members can modify their passwords
Game Tracker Members can check their games played and stats from these games.


Administrators Section

Feature Description
Admin Area Administrator area is a separate interface accessed from the members section.
Enter Games / Events Leagues/Group administrators can specify three categories of events. These events appear a specified time before the event begins and the members can sign up to a pre-determined cut-off day (depending on the event type). Examples of event categories:
Weekly Games- 3 weeks before the game to be played the sign up sheet appears, Leagues/Groups set the number of entries allowed before the waiting list starts, and the cut off date/time prior to the Draw being made
Interclub Games – members interested in being on the Interclub teams can sign up in this area for specific competitions
Social Events/Clinics –members can sign up for the Opening Breakfast, Award Banquet, Rules Clinic  and other events as chosen by the League/Group
Manage Member Info Administrator can add or delete members, manage member information.
Manage Game Results Once the event has been completed, the administrators can input results (eg # birdies, sand saves, net score, etc), edit the player lists, and post the winners.
View Games Played Administrators can view the number of games played by each member to determine prize eligibility, etc.
Create Draw Create a draw with only a couple clicks of the mouse. And then email the members signed up for this event. It's that easy.
